Cookie Shipping:
Cookie orders are not available to ship at this time. All cookie orders must be picked up in Omaha, Nebraska.Cookie Cutter shipping:
-Cookie Cutter orders will ship in the order they are received.
-Processing times for orders are listed at the top of my website in the announcement bar. This is typically 3-5 business days, but I do my best to get orders out quicker than that, most of the time. During busy times, processing times may go up. Please be sure to check the announcement bar at the top of my webpage to confirm before ordering.
-Orders are shipped USPS first class, which typically takes up to 7 business days. Once the package is dropped off at at the post office, the shipping time is out of my control. I am unable to guarantee shipping times.
-Shipping is calculated based on order size and weight.
-Use the code SHIPFREEUSA.for Free shipping on orders over $35.

-Digital products are instant downloads. Please download these items to your computer within 24 hours.
-If it has been more than 24 hours, your order email will have a link to automatically request a new download link.
-If you have issues with your download or you can’t locate the download email, please email me at cookies@theflourshoppecookieco.com. I will return your email within 72 business hours.
